Dottie Wells, President of Proper Impressions, has found a need in the business community where etiquette is a valuable tool. Employees who are trained in business etiquette stand above the norm.

After extensive research in the field of etiquette, Ms. Wells received business etiquette training from the Emily Post Institute. Today she works with small and large business groups where she finds that having the consideration of others, learning to respect those around you, and presenting an honest image has made the difference in business.

Ms. Wells graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Consumer and Family Science from Purdue University. She lives with her family in the San Francisco Bay Area.
